Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tin of tuna
- ½ cup of mixed tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- ½ cup of spinach leaves
- A handful of mixed leaves
- 1 tbsp quark cheese
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- A handful of grated cheese
- 1 or 2 slices of porridge bread
Instructions
- Dice the red onion
- Mix the tuna with the quark cheese, onion and lemon juice in a small bowl
- Put the grill on
- Place the tuna mix on top of a slice of porridge bread
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of the tuna
- Place it under a grill for 3-5 minutes or until golden
- Serve the tuna melt with spinach leaves, mixed seeds and a splash of extra virgin olive oil
