Ingredients
Scale
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup mango
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 150ml water to taste
- 100g porridge oats
- 100g mixed seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp honey
Instructions
To make Granola
- Melt coconut oil, honey, and cinnamon together
- Mix wet ingredients in with oats and seeds until fully coated
- Spread in a thin layer across a large baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes at 160 degrees Celcius. Mix every 15 minutes to ensure the granola doesn’t burn
- Allow to cool fully before removing from the tray
To make Smoothie
- Blend banana, mango, pineapple, flaxseed, water, and natural yoghurt together until smooth
To finish the dish
- Pour smoothie into a bowl or jar
- Top with approximately 40g of the granola and decorate with extra banana pieces depending on taste
