Pineapple Smoothie Bowl with Seeded Granola

This pineapple smoothie bowl uses ingredients to support joint and bone health. Pineapple is the main ingredient due to the presence of the enzyme Bromelain. Bromelain blocks certain elements of the inflammatory response from occurring and can benefit inflammatory conditions like arthritis and bursitis. Yoghurt is a great source of calcium which is a key component when it comes to bone health.
