Simple Smoked Salmon Salad

This simple smoked salmon salad is quick and easy to make. The salmon has a number of properties that support skin health including Vitamin A, Omega-3, Selenium, and Vitamin D. Asparagus is a good source of selenium which has powerful antioxidant properties and is important in protecting collagen fibres that can help mitigate the inflammatory response in some skin issues such as eczema and acne.
