Oats with Berries and Banana

A breakfast meal packed with happiness. The oats maintain balanced sugars. The milk provides us with vitamin D. The walnuts have trace elements that help to reduce inflammation. Flaxseeds provide us with omega-3 and B vitamins. In combination, all support a healthy mood.

  • 3 tbsp organic jumbo oats
  • 300ml organic full-fat milk
  • Handful washed raspberries
  • 1 sliced banana
  • Chopped walnuts
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp ground flaxseeds


  • Put oats in a pan
  • Add cinnamon
  • Add milk
  • Turn on a medium low heat
  • Slow cook till thicker and creamy
  • Top with raspberries, bananas, walnuts, flaxseeds
