Ingredients

1-2 teaspoons spirulina

1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao

1 banana

1-2 dates

¼ cup oats

1 cup oat milk

2 ice cubes

Method

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
