Ingredients

  • One chopped banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp plant milk
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp blueberry powder (or a handful of fresh blueberries)
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

Method

  • Blend the frozen banana with plant milk, rose water, cacao powder, cashew butter, oats and salt
  • Place in a bowl and mix in cacao nibs
  • Stir in blueberry powder or scatter with fresh blueberries, if using
