  • 1 avocado
  • 2 kiwis (washed and skin left on)
  • half a fresh pineapple (plus the core for extra bromelain benefits)
  • 200ml plant-based milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds


  • Blend all the ingredients together until you have your desired thickness
  • Add more plant milk if needed to thin it out
  • Serve in a large glass
